                                                                                                       The committee meeting 10-02-2020

                              The members of the committee gathered and got to know about the responsibilities and duties of the programme according to the circular - 40/2019 with the Guidelines for English Language Proficiency Improvement Activities. on behalf of the betterment of the students below suggestions were presemted by the members.

• Nominating blue and yellow colours for the batch as the basic colours,
• Displaying relevent dialogues ,Sayings,at classrooms ,library,ICT room and canteen,
• Playing suitable songs before starting the school and during the interval.
• Exhibiting notices about school events and programmes in English on the notice board.
• Exhibiting a blackboard by writing selected grammar factors for the development of the students vocabulary on each friday morning
• Using English language to maintain school documents such as registers,record books timetables,cleaning charts etc.
• Drawing pitures on walls and nominating things in English to create English environmeat in the school.
• Exhibiting marks on boards while conducting games at the play ground which are related to sport meet.
• Arranging a sutable place to maintain an English Activity room.
• Conducting village fairs to use the language to have good experience.
• Conducting fancy dress competition for primary students.
